Good location, clean. Strong security.

Pros: Close to transport hubs and shopping mall. Well decorated sitting room and able to sign in to Netflix. Laundry pods provided for washer dryer. Insect spray provided.

Cons: Shower cubicle needed redecorating…. plasterwork‘bubbling’ on ceiling of shower cubicle. Although there was a cooking hot plate with kitchen utensils, a microwave would have been useful for reheating food, Dining room chairs needed chair leg pads to minimise noise .

Pros: Close to the central station, what makes convenient for travellers. Nice pool area. The employee also waited a bit longer for us as we were coming from the airport outside the building to give keys.

Cons: Pool is a bit cold. Shower for me was cold , it was only a bit warm. The area close to the central station itself not very nice.

Good place for short stay with toddlers.

Pros: Pros: 2 access card, reserved car park, wash+dryer machine, both rooms with air conditioning + fan, good water pressure + hot water in bathroom.Toilets with bidet.Big dining table and sofa. 2 big rooms. Cutlery set and electric kettle in kitchen. Extra bin bag and toilet rolls. Great location- walking distance to public transportation hub(KL SENTRAL). Iron+ iron board + hair dryer was available. A lot eateries nearby. Fast WhatsApp reply from staff.

Cons: Cons: for late check- in key collection was @ different location(not walkable distance).Which caused great inconvenience after my 9 hours travel with 2 kids and 5 luggages from KLIA. Nothing was mentioned about it in booking.com prior to booking/ payment .There was no broom ,those with hair fall problem and kids just beware. No microwave .

Excellent. Loved it all the way

Pros: Great location. Lovely facilities within the complex. Swimming pool, gym, children's park. Good security. Hosts provided all amenities. They also responded to all queries in timely manner. Very happy with their responsiveness.

Cons: Getting keys is a slight hassle since the host does not have an office in the hotel. Though they are very helpful, keys are always a struggle for all tenants. Upon reaching the building, one needs to wait outside till the agent comes & hands over the keys. Wish something could be done about it. Gym opens at 7am. Too late for somebody who is used to working out early in the day.
