Good
Pros: Nice location, and big room with simple cooking options. Easy check in and check out. Room is clean ish, though we had to clean over the cutlery and plates before use.
Cons: The washing machine could use cleaning as we washed clothes and it stained them. Luckily for us we tried with a bunch of clothes that where already worn down, so not the biggest loss.

Pros: We had a nice stay here, the room is very spacious and we had everything we needed, it was also super clean and the check in was smooth. However we did have a medical emergency and the security in the building didn’t help at all, they didn’t have a first aid kit and couldn’t point us in the direction to anything. When we asked to keep our bags so we could go to the hospital in case we weren’t back for check out, they were a little difficult about it. However the staff who were in charge of this apartment were really kind and helped with a recommendation for a doctors surgery nearby and were very quick and responsive when we needed help with anything.
Cons: Nowhere to leave your baggage if you have later transport out for KL.

Pros: The location is my favorite in KLCC, very convenient.
Cons: Their rules, they send them at the last moment, there’s a deposit, I was supposed to pay cash, but I needed to go to exchange money which I usually do after getting a shower, this time I wasn’t allowed to check in before I pay in full, after long back and forth the property manager or owner dropped the security deposit, but my experience was pretty much ruined before I even got in, the floor needs to be cleaned with cleaning agent (soap), other than that it was clean, not spotless but pretty much 3 star hotel kind of clean, no complaints.

Pros: The place is clean and quite well equipped. The washing machine is efficient. The iron is one of the best I've used so far! There are supermarket and convenience stores at ground floor. Not very far from monorail as well, excellent for peak traffic travel.
Cons: It'd be more helpful to have hooks in the bathroom. The toilet bidet wasn't working well. A few more hangers would also be helpful.

Pros: The best accommodation experience. Great location and connectivity. Water purifier in the apartment was a bonus.
Cons: Everything was perfect and hosts were very accommodating.

Awesome, worth staying. Family friendly.
Pros: The room ambience and cleanliness was quite good. I stayed with my family with one 8 yrs old child for 5 nights. We were allowed to keep the luggage in their office prior to the check in as well as after the check out. The room had facilities like TV, hair dryer, Iron box, kitchenette, washing machine, water purifier for soft drinking water etc. And there was a good Swimming pool and gym. The facility was very close to Bukit Nanas MRL. The staff was polite. Pls note that there is no daily housekeeping, it's not a hotel. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to stay again. Thanks to Soulasia.
Cons: Despite confirming my stay for 2 adults and one child that's in total 3, a few for e.g. towels, plates, forks, spoons etc. were only provided for 2 persons. 2 qty each. We had to manage with them. Also 2 or 3 sets of toilet tissues could have been provided for a 5 nights stay. 1 wasn't enough.

Pros: Everything was perfect from staff, location and facilities
Cons: TV wasn't working unfortunately so I didn't use Netflix during my stay however I informed the agency about it but they didn't send anyone to check

Overall the location is great and in the centre of KL and the room price is very affordable.
Pros: The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious for one person. The room was equipped with facilities that I need i.e; iron board, iron and hairdryer. The owner is very helpful. Overall it's really worth it to stayed at the suites.
Cons: The toilet is a bit small for the studio room but clean and it is still manageable.
