Great stay with friends. Location is superb

Pros: 1. Location was superb. Walking distance to Twin Tower 2 The room is clean and spacious 3. The swimming pool is great 4. The gym has good treadmills

Cons: 1. The shower handle in the common room is loose. Need to be repaired 2. The tap in the master bedroom toilet is loose. Need to be fixed 3. The toilet bowl cover in the master bedroom toilet is loose. Need to be repaired 4. The shower gel in the common toilet was almost finished. Need to be replenished each time a new guest arrives 5. The battery for the tv remote needs to be replaced. Sometime it doesn’t work 6. Will be good for the owner to at least ask the guest if everything is ok with the check in.

GREAT, SPACIOUS PLACE TO STAY IN KL

Pros: Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped modern apartment. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Designer bath (and shower). Good A/C and unlimited hot water. Great location - 10 min walk to Petronas towers and mall, the MRT station and Avenue K mall. A bit longer to get to KL's famous Kampung Baru and Chow Kit night food markets. Choice of eateries - multiple cuisines - close by. Wonderfully quiet (great construction / insulation) even though it is right in the city centre. Rooftop pool with Petronas view. Free, secure, parking on site.

Cons: Check in is needlessly complicated. With the exception of a very professional, personable, concierge staff are not friendly.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Perfect localization to walk to the center of the city and visit Little India and Chinatown. Wonderful two - bedroom apartment with a view at the towers :-). Great restaurants in the neighborhood, especially Banyan just right behind the Residence. Try Seafood Linguini and any breakfast! Swimming pool on the 51 floor with impressive view. If we are back to KL, we go for it again.
