An exceptional 10-star stay with a spotless, comfortable room, excellent facilities, great location.

Pros: Super easy, they provide clear guide/instruction through PDF.

Cons: Minor issue, clogged sink in master bedroom toilet.

Pros: facilities were good - theres food shops just below, 711 as well - swimming pool is available - apartment was very clean - berjaya times square is 15 mins walking distance

Cons: 1. when we entered the lobby , there is a very strong stench coming from the toilet & there were alot of trash coming from a very small dustbin. 2. check ins were only allowed at 3pm, my family and i arrived at 11am. we had to wait but this was completely our fault

Pros: There is a self-check in system, the owner provides you with detailed description on the day of your arrival, and they are ready to help anytime on whatsapp. You have access to rooftop (the view is amazing) and to outdoor swimming pool, which ws a very nice refreshment.

Cons: You can see that the apartment it is getting a bit old, but it is still in very good condition and worth the money.

Very comfortable good security, unbelievable for the price I think we paid £33 a night for a 3 bedroom apartment, only d

Pros: Excellent place to stay, perfect location for family and friends who want to go out to bars and clubs or night market, very spacious for family 3 bedrooms with a master bedroom with double bed and 4 single beds in the other 2 bedrooms excellent communication with the self check in as we booked very late and office was closed but all instructions where sent by watsapp within 5 minutes of booking, would definitely book again.

Cons: The hand held shower was perfect, but the overhead shower did not work but that was not a big issue

Nice with a view

Pros: Location walking distance to Bukit Butang, great views from 35th floor on Twin Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka Tower, easy self check in. Building facilities including swimmingpool, gym, whirlpool on the 42nd floor are good

Cons: This is not a new apartment and some wall painting and small repairs are needed Only after request we received a second card to enter the building, this should be always the case
