Pros: Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Great service and I will definitely come back. They allowed us to store our luggage for several days free of charge, helped us change to a cozier room as we requested, and the TV entertainment was really good. I will definitly come back again. Always a great location to stay and apartment are consistently well kept.

Pros: Location, clean, efficient check in, we always stay in the Robertson apartments.

Cons: Kitchen had a few ants meaning all food must be kept sealed in the fridge.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay here, it's location very close to KLCC and the night market at Jalan Alor, also short ride from KL Sentral. The rooftop pool and city views were incredible! Our apartment was very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back for a longer visit in KL.

Pros: The key retrieval was an easy process as all the instructions were clear. Although a minor disadvantage is that some times the id card doesn't work on the main building entrance so we had to wait for other guest for entry.

Cons: It would be more pleasant had laundry necessities were provided, as it would be a waste to purchase a laundry detergent for a short stay. It isn't necessary but would be extremely appreciated nonetheless.

Pros: Semuanya baik, kemudahan lengkap,ke trx Dan pavilion pun dekat,dekat bawah hotel Ada kedai serbaneka Dan restoran,pool yang baik baik untuk dewasa Dan kanak²,very recommended.

Cons: Cuma masuk hotel bau Yang agak kurang menyenangkan,mungkin bau badan Dari customer sebelum atau pekerja pembersihan. Lain² semua ok.

Pros: We stayed at the service apartment for 7 nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. From the amenities provided to the overall upkeep, everything was up to the mark. A small word of caution: make sure to keep your valuable belongings with you and try to avoid letting janitorial staff in when you're not around. That said, the Pillowtalks management was excellent — always responsive and available almost 24/7 on WhatsApp. Their support made the stay smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
