We would stay again.

Pros: So close to everything in Butik Bintang . If you like to walk . Apartment had everything we needed and the rooftop areas had amazing views. The pool was excellent.

Cons: The bed was hard .

Pros: Perfect location to visit all main attractions of the city. Very close to all 3 main towers and 5 min by foot to Jalan Alor (excellent street food). There are 2 pools available, a big one at 6th floor perfect for swimming and a small one at 42th floor (On the North Tower!!). You have access to both!

Cons: Space in the rooms is not very large, and some additional plates, cups, and cutlery would be very appreciated.

Pros: Greeted with a smile and everything explained about room facilities and location

Pros: The facility was good and comfortable. The accomodation was comfy.

Cons: The elevator only 4 and takes time to reach the upper floors.

Value for money - especially if you’re in KL to experience the Malaysian city culture & sights

Pros: Very central to everything! Within walking distance to shopping centres, restaurants and even a church, yet it’s tucked away down a street! There are two towers of accommodation - North & South - with a pool & gym. The “Olympic size” pool is clean and perfect for a dip after a day of walking and soaking the humidity of KL. The air conditioned apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including towels and shampoo. Loved having a washing machine / drier to have clean clothes each day and big fridge to store food and drinks.

Cons: Apartment was not completely sound proof. Being on the 45th floor, we could still hear music on the street as well as people talking in the corridors.

Pros: Very good location, very helpful staff, nice pool.

Cons: Definitely need update bedsheets and towels

Good location with amazing pool

Pros: Check in was quick and staff very friendly. The apartment was big enough and comfortable. We had a wonderdul view especially in the evening with all the lights in the city. We loved the 50 m pool. That was the best of the whole residence! There was security and they took care people showered before swimming. I liked that. It is very centrally located. There are two buildings and on the roof tops you have an amazing view. You do not need a roof top bar anymore. On New Years Eve we had a perfect view foe the fireworks. If we come back to KL I would definitely book this residence again!

Cons: Old and the pictures on Booking.com are different from our apartment. The towels had stains on it and looked dirty, although I expect they were clean. Also the beds need new sheets as they looked very old and a bit yellow. The matrasses were very old and the spirals were almoat peeking out. The elevators were a big problem. Sometimes we waited more than 30 minutes as they were always full or did not stop on our floor.

Great location and staff

Pros: Easy communication, easy check-in, nice staff. The location is perfect, the flat is clean and well maintained.

Cons: The lifts are a nightmare some times if the day! And only 2 glasses, a few more equipments would be nice.

Pros: I always book units with Luxe Suites. The apartments are amazing, clean, spacious. Great facilities as well. Also, the staff is lovely and always ready to help :)
