Beautiful apartment, clean and well presented

Pros: Beautifully presented apartment. Really comfortable bed with nice firm pillows. Air con worked really well. Very considerate facilities with shower gel, shampoo, hair drier kitchen utensils etc. Room was very secure with key code entry. View of the Petronas towers. Good location, near cafes and restaurants and walkable to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Ελλιπής διαχείριση, όμορφο διαμέρισμα.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή, οι σταθμοί των τρένων βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια (με την ζέστη της Μαλαισίας είναι λίγο οριακό βέβαια). Οι παροχές του συγκροτήματος ήταν εξαιρετικες (ειδικα η πισίνα του επάνω οροφου). Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Cons: Σίγουρα το μεγαλύτερο αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει ούτε μια φωτογραφία του διαμερίσματος στη booking. Φαίνονται κάποιες φωτογραφίες κοινοχρήστων χώρων και φωτογραφίες ενός μεγαλύτερου διαμερίσματος των ίδιων διαχειριστών οι οποίες μπορούν να οδηγήσουν σε παραπλάνηση (εμείς σίγουρα παραπλανηθηκαμε αφού νομίζαμε ότι πάμε στο άλλο διαμέρισμα). Επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης (ή ο διαχειριστής) μας ζήτησε μισό ενοίκιο (32€) για να μπορέσουμε να κάνουμε Check in 4 ώρες νωρίτερα(εκτός χρέωσης booking) αλλά το διαμέρισμα όταν μπήκαμε δεν ήταν καθαρισμένο και το βρήκαμε όπως το άφησαν οι προηγούμενοι κάτι που δεν δίνει ωραίο συναίσθημα με το που μπαίνεις σε νεο σπίτι (και έχεις πληρώσει γι αυτό).

Pros: The complete and excellent facilities and strategic location too.feel like homes the host are super helpful and friendly .attend all the quiery immediately. The unit also superb with all we needed are all ready even also provided the tea coffee etc for basic cooking facilities and generously provided basic cooking item like cooking oil , salt pepper,sugar . I definitely will come back.
