Totally enjoyed my stay in the beautiful City. Citizens are generally very cordial.

Pros: Rooms were clean and well maintained. The Hotel's location is great since its a walking distance from recommended places to visit. Taxi access is also easy. Close proximity to Central Market, China Town, River of Life and Independence Square.

Cons: The hotel offered me no help with my luggage when checking in and leaving, and I had to struggle with my luggage up and down the lifts, to and from my room. Breakfast was generally unpleasant. Food was bland, with no control of service, so some guests were taking too much time on the serving table, so I opted to eat out from day 2.

Pros: It was clean and comfy. Very nice staff and practical location.

Cons: Would have been nice to know, that the pool closes at 19.00. We stayed here for one night, and didn’t have time to swim, even though we chose the hotel because of the pool. The room could have better sound isolation.

Pros: The Manager Azizi Amran took very good care of us and gave us a perfect room with amazing views, he also gave us a late check out that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the professional standards brought by the management and team👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏😎😎😎😎
