Pros: The location is central. It's really convenient to get around. The building and the elevators used door in the hotel are very old, but the are still convenient.

Cons: The reception desk decor is very shabby. It should be neat, clean, and modern. I don't like it.

Good value for money

Pros: The staff are courteous and professional. The room is generally clean and overall minor improvements needed. My room was on par with same category of hotels around the world with hand soap, combined body and hair soap, good quality ( high gsm) cotton towels and bedding. There is air conditioner in my room. Central location with plenty to see and do, plenty of eatery places et cetera. A lot of tourists around even late at night, generally a safe area.

Cons: The room smell a bit of cigarette smoke. Please remind the guess with non- smoking signs in the room. Please ventilate and filter the room in this case. On spot carpet cleaning is necessary to remove stains on the carpets.

Good location

Pros: Location was near to Chinatown, Central Market and Dataran Merdeka. Easy to find food every where. Staffs was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Parking area limited for hotel guests. You can easily miss the junction turning into the carpark area as the parking entrance is located at a very small back alley.

Pros: The Staff were friendly and accommodating and allowed my wife to stay their. Before me as my flight was delayed the room was a good size the bed Was Comfortable and the shower and toilet were clean and kept well.

Cons: The Walls maybe were a little thin the communcal hallway seened in need of some TLc the onsite cafe had iregualr opening hours.

A good budget hotel in the heart of Chinatown.

Pros: It was a very convenient, central location in Chinatown. A good size room. Mine had no window, which at least made it very quiet. As others have commented the carpet had seen better days, both in the room and the corridors, but I didn't find it too bad.

Cons: As already mentioned, it was a little musty. I also wish they would provide a bedsheet to cover yourself, as this is all that is needed, but instead they supply a thicker covering. But most hotels in the tropics seem to do this.
