Worth every penny. Loved being in China town all the hustle and bustle. Close the door to tranquil environment

Pros: The extremely friendly staff. Cleanliness. Everything we ate was superb 👌 Well done to all staff from door men to waiting staff.

Cons: The only problem my husband encountered was he found the pillows too firm. I’m sure if he had mentioned it the staff would have rectified the problem.

One of my favorite hotels

Pros: I can’t express how much I love this hotel. All the little extra things they think of like a little coffee station in the room and big bottles of filtered water in sealed glass bottles. Aesop products in the bathroom. It’s a very peaceful place to walk into in a busy area of town. Bed is very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Another great stay at the Else Hotel.

Pros: The hotel was well located, to enjoy the shops and good food around the Petaling Street and Central Market area. Breakfast was delicious and a great change from the usual buffet offerings in other KL hotels. The room and hotel was beautifully designed and decorated.

Pros: Great location, tasteful furnishing and design. Comfortable with attentive staff!

Cons: Soundproofing of windows could be much better. I could hear car/motorcycles revving, construction noise from other propeties in the early hours of the day. Though no fault of the hotel's, but better soundproofing would give me a much better sleep without being awaken.

If you like design hotels and a well curated art collection , this is one for you!

Pros: Design and architecture which was highly aesthetically pleasing and also functional Dining at the in house restaurants and room service menu with complimentary movies The pool!

Cons: Breakkie options being served all at once On occasion staff were a little bit too preoccupied on their phones or having conversations with each other to the point of ignoring guests The noise from the street
