A perfectly located hotel with a comfortable room and exceptionally kind staff — I highly recommend it.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very central and convenient, with restaurants, shops and everything you need nearby. The room was perfect and exactly what I was looking for: clean, comfortable and well maintained. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would also like to especially thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism. They were very understanding and helpful when I needed to modify my booking, and I truly appreciated their support. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Pros: Nice place to stay, clean, and everything was okay. But no lift. But it was okay. The staff was friendly and hardworking. Raise them a good sallary 😂😛 everything was great and perfect location.

Pros: Convenient city centre location. Bath tub was very comfy and spacious. Room was also quite big and clean. Easy check in&out.

Cons: Property should mention that there are no lifts and on-site car park. Pantry was dusty and room was not too soundproof since its facing Petaling Street.

Pros: Everything was convenient and accesible as the hotel is at the heart of the city. Just nice for a weekend.

Cons: Would have been better if there was lift. And the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved as there was a small mould on the sink area. I'm glad the staff helped to carry our bags to the 3rd floor

Pros: only the room, entrance is clean, aesthetically pleasing but not the pantry room 🙂 pls keep that in mind 😌 it can be improve tho.

Cons: it kinda far away from the lrt 😔 i thought its not that far but no 😫 my legs are hurt anyway its ok for only leisure where you doesnt have pack schedule.
