I am so excited stay here.

Pros: Very convenient 6mins walk to dataran merdeka,next to guardian watson,macd,kfc and many food around the area. I’ll stay more ofter here for the next next next visit i love it because just really in the heart of city 💖💖

Pros: Within walking distance to attractions. Reasonable rate for short stays.

Cons: What I really can’t stand is the scent in hotels — not everyone likes that kind of perfume smell, especially those who are sensitive to odors. The hotel rooms we booked were Deluxe Rooms; however, it was quite noisy on the 3rd floor — we could hear noise from outside, and it disturbed our sleep.

We’re very helpful when I informed them my flight back to London was late evening. They both helped me. Ensure I could explore the city without taking my luggage with me. And amin explained. They would be safe and I can collect them anytime before I have to leave. Great service great staff. Will book again soon

Pros: Our room had a leaking, requested the staff to change the room and they did it immediately. My 3rd stay 😊 Everything is good.

Cons: The cleaning staff rang the bell at 9am to clean the room.. it’s too early. They rang three times… they should only rang once or twice and if theres no answer, they should stop.

Cons: No. Everything is perfect. Only the parking charges at the next building too expensive. On the next day before departure, I need to pay RM35. Hahaha..

Great location, recommned the Textile Museum round the corner and the nearby Mosque.

Pros: Great staff, good location. You can walk to many of the sites of KL from the hotel. Also lots of neraby resraurant in Little India and China Town.

Cons: We were only there one night. Howver, the breakfast could be improved. We arrived at 09:00 and there was nothing left! I think a large tour group had descended on the breakfast buffet earlier on before getting onto their buses for 09:00 :-).

Luxury apartment with amazing pool facilities.

Pros: Amazing apartment, views and the best pool! Really helpful staff that checked us in and communicated with us before and during our stay 15 mins walk to the twin towers. Great location.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
