Clean, Central, and Easy for Exploring

Pros: The location is very strategic. There are plenty of food options right outside, including McDonald’s and KFC, plus several convenience marts nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials really easy. It’s also about 2 km from Pavilion and other shopping areas, so getting around is convenient. Another big plus is that it’s within walking distance to Independence Square, which is great for sightseeing. The room cleanliness was good, and the space was comfortable enough for a short stay. Housekeeping did a solid job, and the general environment felt safe and tourist-friendly.

Cons: There were a few inconveniences though. The room didn’t have a fridge, which would have been helpful for storing drinks or leftovers. The bathroom design was also an issue, there’s no proper sliding door or barrier, so water tends to splash outside the shower area and make the bathroom floor wet. The biggest frustration was the lift. It sometimes got stuck on one floor, especially during the busy morning hours. A few times, I had to use the stairs from the upper floors, which wasn’t ideal.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

Pros: Comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient, and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Convenient as its location is near to lrt station, many restaurants, mosque, shops and shopping malls nearby.

Cons: No iron and ironing board on the 7th floor. Shower gel container was empty when I checked in.

Very Good.

Pros: It's a budget hotel; I booked a family room for 4 people. The room was small, and it wasn't easy to keep the luggage in. Apart from that, it's a good hotel, with a very good location; shops, restaurants, and big bazaars are all nearby, just a walking distance away. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
