Location strategik, kedai dekat! 2 double beds memang mantap!

Pros: no deposit needed, easy key collection and return, very good location, and we got free mattress too!

Cons: leaking shower (minor) and sagging mattress (only one queen bed, the other one is good)

Pros: It was located in Bukit Bintang, Located in heart of the kula lampur, walkable distance for shopping and other stuffs. Highly recommended to stay in this place. The suite room for perfect and the view from the location is awesome, We were able to view the KL tower and the Twin tower from our room. The check in procedure is automated, they just share the instruction, just follow the instruction for the check in.

Cons: I requested for early check in and but they have not provided it, but thats okay. And I would recommend to keep some couple of water bottles in the hotel room

Pros: The good location can make it effortless to connect with any transportation in KL. And the process for check-in is very easy. The hotel responded quickly to our question and took action immediately. thanks for the good experience there.

Comfortable stay

Pros: We booked for the second time since we had a comfortable stay the first time. Easy check in process and quite a comfortable apartment with all working amenities and clean bed sheets. Wifi was excellent.

Cons: The bathroom needs thorough cleaning as the shower area requires the glass partition to be cleaned and wash basin requires drain unclogging. There should be atleast 2 access key cards.

A must stay at The Robertson

Pros: We enjoy our stay very much. My children really love the pool🫰. The entire apartment is clean and perfect for a family vacation in the city. It's close to Bukit Bintang so, me and my family only take less than 15 minutes to reach Pavilion. It's really awesome.

I suggest this structure, position and staff are great!

Pros: I found this structure last minute because another one had canceled my reservation. It is in a very good position, very close to Jalon Alor (paradise of street food in KL) and near a metro station. The flats are very comfortable and clean.
