convenient and perfect stay.
Pros: Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! The location was ideal — everything I needed was just 10 to 15 minutes away, which made getting around super easy. The apartment felt very secure, with a security guard at the entrance, so I always felt safe. It was also incredibly convenient to have a 24/7 restaurant nearby. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated how well-equipped it was — from the fast Wi-Fi and big smart TV in the living room to the useful amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine with dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, water kettle, etc.). The host was very accommodating and friendly, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The only minor issue was that the floor tiles were a bit slippery, even when dry. It wasn’t a major problem, but something to be aware of.

Pros: I absolutely loved these apartments! The bedding was simply fantastic! A nice bonus in the living room was the MI BOX console with built-in YouTube, which was a lifesaver in the evenings—keeping my kid entertained with familiar content in his native language. The building’s lobby has a small 24/7 shop and a café, though I can’t comment on the food—I was busy being my own personal chef. One of the highlights? A bathtub! A true rarity in these parts. Overall, the apartment is brilliantly equipped—everything you need and even more (I mean, a toaster? Now that’s luxury!). Super happy with my stay—thanks for a great experience! Tourists, take note! In Malaysia (just like in most of Asia), power outlets are different, so you might need an adapter. The apartment owner thoughtfully provided one with multiple sockets, which was a lifesaver. But if you have a whole arsenal of gadgets to charge and need more, no worries—you can grab an adapter anytime at the 24/7 shop downstairs.
Cons: There’s a small 24/7 shop in the lobby with a modest selection of groceries and a café. But if you’re looking for anything more substantial than cookies and instant coffee, be prepared for a little adventure—a roughly 1-kilometer trek, since there are no supermarkets nearby. As for the apartment itself, I had some tiny, uninvited guests—ants! They seemed particularly fond of my laptop and, more disturbingly, my coffee cup. But hey, this is Southeast Asia, and I’ve made peace with these little roommates. No matter the price range, they seem to come as part of the package in almost every apartment I’ve rented. Thankfully, the landlord thoughtfully left an insect spray under the sink, so the ants were swiftly evicted from my morning brew.

Pros: - The property was elegantly decorated and well kept. - The bathrooms had locks, something that were absent in other properties in the same Condo. - It's pretty much self contained and that along with the strategic location of being near KL Sentral, this is one of the best deals in KL. - The owner was accommodative in all aspects.
Cons: NIL.
