Very satisfied stay here. I like it.

Pros: Location is very strategic and very nice view from the room.

Cons: This property doesn’t provide parking lot, so i’m forced to spend extra money for parking here.

Good value close to transportation, restaurants and shopping.

Pros: For us, the property was well located to do the sightseeing we wanted to do. Close to two different rail lines. Walking distance to Little India, China Town and Sentral. Being we have visited many times we were comfortable walking the streets to shops and restaurants. Grabs were readily available and reasonably priced to most locations. The staff were very accommodating when I needed to change our stay twice. The first time was a major extension and they arranged for housekeeping to come in at our convenience to clean in the middle of the stay. The washing machine was a godsend for a longer stay.

Cons: There was no drying rack to hang the laundry. None of the windows opened, so we had to use the a/c all the time.

Pros: Muy espacioso y la cama muy cómoda. Estaba muy cerca del centro y de las estaciones de tren, bus, etc. por lo que era muy fácil moverse La piscina es grande y con buenas vistas

Pros: lovely location, parking space included, spacious comfortable apartment!

Cons: The keycard situation was a nightmare. There are two cards provided, one for the lift to get you to your floor, another for the car park. These were not clearly marked and led to alot of confusion. Figured this out after a while but when I contacted the property for help they were unable to. Please put the elevator key to access the floor in the plastic wallet with the room door key and keep the car park key card seperate. This will minimise the confusion.
