Good accommodation, but might need to review the access procedure or logically contact by good staff

Pros: Good accommodation, cleanliness, swimming pool. - all's good.

Cons: The way the staff (contact via WhatApp) to get what they want before guiding how to get the key and access the room by strictly insist to get one of the group contact number. Since I am the only one in group who can communicate in English & have mobile roaming nubmer which can contact them. But she insisted to get another 1 in a group (robot procedure), so, I just give as needed (I know she will not able to contact for sure) but just follow her request, unless, I could not get the key and access the room.
