Pros: Nice apartment, clean & cool. Great support from the owner.

7/10 experience for the accommodation.

Pros: Location - exceptional. Within 1-10minute walk of Cooking school, Jalan Alor food market, Petaling Street, Convenience stores, Jamaica Blue coffee and curry houses. Wifi strong. Building security very good and helpful.

Cons: Getting the keys and initial access to the property was challenging - improve instructions. Insufficient towels for 8 nights, no bath mat or hand towel. Bed sheets were too small for bed (queen sheets on a king bed). A/C in bedroom broke down. A/C in Living became noisy. Not wheelchair / accessibility friendly - step to front door, step down into shower. Only power point at one side of bed. Apartment had dirty walls, stickers peeling off wall. Looking tired.

Worth it the money

Pros: Firstly, I booking the property very last minute. I text Host/owner to inform that I want to check in early because I need to attend meeting nearby. I travel by public transport so that I have to carry all my things. That’s why I need to early check in to put all my belongings and get quick changing. Owner do not charge me any extra charges for early check in. Plus, host reply me very fast and to make sure I can get into the property early.

Cons: 1. Owner Friendly 2. Clean 3. All the amenities was great

Pros: - Bilik sangat besar dan selesa - View daripada bilik sangat cantik, lagi2 waktu malam, view bandar KL - Semua peralatan di dalam bilik lengkap dan boleh digunakan - Lokasi bilik sangat strategik, di tengah bandar Kuala Lumpur - Mudah nak membeli barang keperluan kerana berdekatan dengan kedai serbaguna dan kedai makan - Bonus point : Mudah untuk mencari sarapan pagi kerana setiap pagi akan ada peniaga membuka payung dan menjual pelbagai makanan yang sedap2 disebelah kanan bangunan bilik ini

Cons: - Penutup lubang keluar air ditempat shower rosak, jadi air tidak boleh bertakung untuk menjadikan tempat shower tu bathup untuk berendam - Bilik tidak kedap, boleh mendengar resident atau customer disebelah, resident atau customer di bahagian atas sangat bising - Kedua2 aircond didalam bilik ini aircond lama, susah untuk adjust aircond - Proses check in dan check out agak susah sebab tiada pekerja yang menunggu, semuanya self service - Pergerakan keluar masuk customer, naik turun lift dan keluar masuk kereta agak susah kerana menggunakan QR code yang diberi didalam HP, tidak menggunakan access card seperti biasa

整体感受还是非常不错的！

Pros: 地理位置很ok，楼下100米有夜市一条街，走过去是亚罗街，柏威年商场等，另一个方向可以走去茨厂街，我们全程都是走路过去的，每天晚上都有的逛，六层有泳池，人不是很多很拥挤，房间很大，床很舒服，一个超大床，一个小小的沙发床（适合身高170cm的），下次来吉隆坡还会来住的，老板人非常好，第一天给我们提前办理了入住，沟通很舒畅，不会英语没问题的！

Cons: 房间没有拖鞋，空调不能调节冷风，不过温度也很ok

Pros: Recomanded sangat...bersih....aircnd ada masalah mula2..tapi staff membantu sgt..teros elok aircnd..cume jauh sikit nak g bb tu dlm 20minit walk...area residance tu ada kk n speedmart...guard2 pn sgt membantu
