Swiss Garden Residence by Aspire Suites

Pros: The unit is located near the Bukit Bintang area, making it very easy to find places to eat and shop. It is actually a one-bedroom unit, but the host added an open bedroom area (with a partition, not a fully enclosed room) to accommodate the four of us. Despite this, the space still felt very spacious, especially with the large windows in the TV area that offer a magnificent view of both the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower at the same time. Cleanliness was top-notch, and we had no issues at all. The large refrigerator and washing machine were also very convenient during our stay.

Cons: The check-in process took a bit longer, but it was understandable as the host needed to register us and provide a QR code for building access. The only minor inconvenience is that the bathroom is inside the master bedroom, so others need to pass through the room to use it.

Pros: the extra bed and the bed is large, suit 3 people and still have extra space

Good location for food, activities and shopping

Pros: Being the adjacent to the jalan alor street, this place is very well located and comfortable to stay, specially for long stay. We kept our bags for couple of days and their support was good for this. The swimming pool was very well placed and great city view

overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place.

Pros: the location is great. everything is within walking distance. the host is very nice, let us check out lil bit late and also very responsive. would def stay here again!

Cons: the aircond in bedroom 2 was not functioning well, it showed an E4 error. gowever, the air conditioning in living room worked well and we let the door open so the cool air could flow into the bedroom hehe.

Great location and nice view

Pros: Great location, easy communication with the owner (on WhatsApp), easy instructions on how to get in and the whole apartment block is really secure with QR code access to the building, lifts, and facilities. The bed is very comfortable and there is a great view of the Petronas Towers, Jalan Alor and the city from the windows (really nice at night time). The apartment is spacious and comfy.

Cons: The WiFi is a little patchy in the apartment. Sorry to say but the bed had bedbugs.. I informed the owner and sent a picture of a bug I killed and was told “sorry the staff will help tomorrow” but I didn’t hear from anyone and there was no follow up. It didn’t affect the whole stay as I just kept everything off the bed and checked thoroughly (couldn’t see any more). But the second night I got 6-7 really itchy bites on my feet and ankles so was glad to check out the next morning. I hope the owner deals with this asap!
