The location was great and we would definitely comeback

Great rooms & location - poor breakfast.

Pros: Nice modern clean rooms with a great view. Helpful cleaning staff. Great location close to restaurant & bars, and easy walk to MRT to get around.

Cons: The breakfast used to be up on the pool level with great view and lots of helpful staff. It is now in the renovated ‘fancy restaurant’ with less staff - one chef to cook the egg station AND the soup noodle dishes for everyone! - and the rest looking lost and not very helpful. No cold milk for cereal. The wifi is very patchy - especially in the restaurant.

Comfortable stay in good location

Pros: Good location within Kuala Lumpur. Good size 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine.

Cons: No pans for cooking. Only 1 glass and 1 bowl.

Spacious appartment with great view

Pros: Spacious appartement with great view of k.l. Of course the Swimmingpool (open till 11 pm) is wonderful for a late swim with the highrise buildings in the background. Location perfect there are a lot of restaurants, malls close by.

Pros: We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and it was very spacious, full of light and impeccably clean, perfect for a family of four with one king sized bed and two single beds. It looks like it has been recently renovated, the kitchen and furniture seems new and we noticed that painting works were underway in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and a basic set of kitchen utensils were provided. Some good views at night. We also had lunch at the restaurant downstairs and this was good. Finally, the staff at the front desk were very helpful.

Cons: While the hotel is centrally located, the immediate area around the hotel looks a little rough and there is a lot of nightlife with loud music that we could hear from our room (maybe we were unlucky with the orientation of our room). The air conditioning was also quite noisy.

Pros: Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Great location, near many bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable stay with good restaurants close by, sadly we only spent one night there.

Pros: Despite our initial experience when we were came to the hotel to take a shuttle bus, when we returned and stayed for a night, we were very impressed with the size and comfort of our studio. Our studio room was very well equipped.

Cons: Maybe the lobby area could be smartened up?

Great location. Nice rooms.

Pros: Nice big rooms, good bathroom and king sized bed. It felt much more classy than last time even tho the room was basically the same - maybe because I booked a ‘Premier’ King room. Great location near Changkat, Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang shopping and MRT. Breakfast is good with great views on the 9th floor - where the nice pool is also.

Cons: Nothing - it was great.

Pros: Prem on reception was wonderful she arranged a late check out on checkin an greeted us every time she saw us. As Wyndham vrap owners we felt it was a great hotel in a very good location. Overall very nice room and facilities and daily service

Cons: I would say the only downside to the whole stay was the black scum around the water leve in the pool that had just been repaired and the thread bare towels that ripped when using them to dry.

Very nice hotel in KLCC, close to all restaurants , convention center,, stagg very relaxed and helpfull..

Pros: Staff, location, big rooms, value for money Go here everytime when i go KL from SG.

Cons: Maybe they can improve breakfast a little, especially the coffee. But i am from SG/Europe so no worries i adjust
