HOTEL I VILLA INN Bukit Bintang KL

Pros: The hotel rooms are very nice and clean.locetion in central bukit bintang, the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful always tolk friendly, Especially Moinul of night shift, and Shanto of day shift. they are very polite and very flexible. I have stayed in the hotel once before and stayed again yesterday because the environment here is so good I like to stay here...thanks i villa hotel staff

Pros: The room is very nice, and quiet. Liked everything, reception staff very good and friendly. I was given the room as soon as I left. Night staff Mynul Haque gave me the room, and in the morning staff Shanto checked out. However, there were stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases of the room Housekeeping should clean more rooms. Need to be more focused.thanks the hotel management team

Pros: Room is Clean and tidy! Services good and pleasent! Manager- Mr.Shanto is friendly and helpful!

Pros: Everything is good, a comfortable place to stay for a night. Not bad for a budget hotel

Pros: The hotel is very nice.There are many restaurants and bars nearby. And the Petronas Towers is very close from the hotel. Hotel reception SHANTO was very good and friendly. He gave me enough time and took me to many places. Wasn't very clear. Cons: Room cleaner boy is not friendly and not doing his job properly, every time I had to call and payment for cleaning the room

Un chouette endroit où se poser

Pros: L'ambiance générale des chambres et de l'intérieur de l'hôtel, atypique (une expérience qui ne ressemblera à aucune autre). Notre chambre pour 4 était spacieuse, propre, équipée d'un mini salon et de placards. Super staff, toujours accueillant, très sympa !! Emplacement central dans KL mais peu exposé aux sons de la vie nocturne.
