Swiss Garden Residence by Offex Suites KL

Great stay, would recommend!

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed at this location and this was a much better experience and apartment than previous visit (different apartment/owner last time). Location is good, pool is great (can be on the cool side!). Both stays have been very quiet. Owner was great and really helpful with the sending over the check in information etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Pros: The landlord is very nice and the service is excellent!

Pros: Locations was just nice which is near to the shopping mall

Cons: Could be better by providing more blankets and towel

Pros: Good location within walking distance of Berjaya Times Square, China Town and Jalan Alor.

Cons: The host was initially difficult to contact because the wrong phone number was shown on booking.com

It was a comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: The location was in a prime area with nearby convenience stores and restaurants. It was also secure.

Cons: I enjoyed every aspect of the property.

Pros: Very close to Jalan Alor. Nice clean apartment building

Pros: The location is very good. The apartment is very clean. The bed and bedding are very good.

Cons: Information and QR code for access to the apartment should be given upfront. Luckily the security officer is quite friendly and assist us. The drainage in the bathroom is clogged, should be repaired. The wifi signal is not so good.

Pros: Everything I like it .. the scenery, facilities n value for money

Cons: Floor at the master bedroom quite slicky maybe course from floor foam but it's not a big deal at all
