Compassionate service of staff like Morshad adds jewel in the crown of my stay.

Pros: Excellent service by the staff Mr. Morshad who kept calling me to check my whereabouts as my train was delayed and he aptly guided me to reach the facilities. Mr. Morshad stayed late patiently and explained the facilities available and gave his mobile number to contact him.

Cons: This the best property with panoramic views and super big rooms with guest bed room and spacious showroom. Washing machine , Air-condition , refrigerator are all in perfect condition.

Great experience for Swiss Residence KL

Pros: Security safe, Guards alls friendly, check-in and check-out process simple and easier. Entry in and out need QR code scan,include lift using, it's safe for girls. Location near Jalan Alor, and walk distance to Bukit Bintang.

Cons: Room key abit hard to turn for open.
