Great stay and money value
Pros: Room was enormous and clean. Bed was really comfy. The pool is the best part with a breathtaking view of the Petronas tower and kl
Cons: The pool is gorgeous, but there are very few loungers considering how many people there are in the hotel. I believe there were no more than 20 sunbeds in total The wait for the elevators can be very long.

If you want great pictures from the rooftop and pool area - YES. The view is stunning, but don’t expect luxurious condit
Pros: - Fantastic location, walking distance to all main attractions! - close to train stations (several in the area, great if you travel further) - swimming pool views from the edge pool are EXCELLENT! Everything you need to see in one place! (The security man was telling me to take my cap off even there was no information in the rules that I am not allowed to use it. Rule he makes for no reason) - view from the room amazing if the windows were a little cleaner (they were very dirty from outside, but probably due to weather conditions) - bed was large - shower also big and comfortable - they offer bag holding which is helpful if your flights are arriving too early or flying late after check-out
Cons: - it feels very messy, as there are several different hotel companies in a lobby, so at the same time c.a. 70 people check-in and check-out, staff is friendly, but they seem to be tired of the volume of people during the whole day. Building is huge, 51 floors, hundreds of rooms, so it is a lot of people - due to the amount of people, lifts are not very quick, sometimes making you wait 5-7 minutes till they arrive at your floor - rooms are not very clean. The carpet stains are a little bit disgusting. Some furniture is not looking too fresh either. Lamp shade wrapped in plastic, so it doesn't get dirty was weird - staff even they were not unfriendly or not nice, you could feel they are just tired of people and I do understand them, it is crowded like at the airport. Not very smiling and welcoming, but not unfriendly - deposit you need to pay in cash or credit card. In Europe we hardly use credit cards, most of them are debit and they said the money can be frozen on the account for 45 days even. So we decided to pick up cash, BUT when you receive your deposit back, you are left with Malaysian money which you probably won’t use, so it is 500 MYR you get back and don’t know what to do with it, so if you have USD or EUR it us easier to use that as they do not offer exchange MYR into any other currency. So we were left with 500 MYR ($120 or 100 €). - windows were dirty, so the view from the room was not as spectacular as it could have been

Nice and central. Nice and clean and spacious room. Great roof top pool!
Pros: Nice and central. Rooms were spacious and clean. Awesome roof top pool with spectacular view.
Cons: Had to take bathroom towels up too the pool as we weren’t allowed pool towels. Very congested with traffic when trying to get a grab in lobby. This is because there are 3 hotels in one building. Breakfast was not included, so had to pay separately and it was quite expensive.

Pros: Location is great. 30 min walking to the main sights of KL The pool probably has the best view of all the rooftops in KL! But it is extremely crowded with full of Japanese and South Korean “influencers” There is no fee to access the pool which is highly appreciated.
Cons: It is a building with more than 50 floors so the lifts can take a while ( there is 4) Deposit of 500 RM or 100 euro. But it seems there is too many rules. Your money it’s in jeopardy for the whole duration of your stay so you need to be careful and take good care of the room (also they charge if there is some stains in the bed sheets) which was not my case! But it is in the rules.

Great accommodation
Pros: We stayed in this building 3 times before, loved the infinity pool, i think it has the best view, that's why we chose to stay here again and was not disappointed. The room is very big, nicely decorated, you can see KL Tower and Merdeka building from the window, the bed is comfortable bathroom is huge with two sinks, bath and shower. AC & Wi-fi work well. If you want clean towels or cleaning, i believe you have to ask, it's easy to communicate via WhatsApp. We didn't need it. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back next time when in Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend this accommodation.
