Great place to stay near the city center
Pros: Great place to stay near KLCC. It’s a short walk from monorail and subway stations, and about a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC mall. The amenities in the building are excellent, especially the picturesque rooftop pool. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated my request to store luggage before check-in, which was much appreciated.
Cons: The only small thing I missed in the apartment was teaspoons - the kitchen only had tablespoons.

Cons: In the bathroom, I would have appreciated an electrical outlet for drying my hair or shaving daily. Bed pillow, are dated, they should be replaced.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Platinum. The apartment is located in the high-rise building The Face Style. It is beautifully furnished, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a dining table and kitchenette. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wonderful view of the mountains near KL, and you can also see the Petronas Towers a little. The view from the roof terrace with infinity pool of the Petronas Towers and other high-rise buildings is spectacular. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but there are other options, especially for breakfast, just around the corner. An elevated railway station is nearby. Nice suite with access to infinity pool
Pros: The suite is located within walking distance from main tourist attractions, food and coffee places, stores, etc. The infinity pool was highly enjoyable. Communication with the host was great and he also helped us store the luggage for a few hours after check out. AC in every room. The elevators were quite quick in our case (as compared to previous reviews).
Cons: One of the reasons we chose this suite was the fact that the pictures displayed at the time of the booking suggested that the suite is facing the Petronas Towers. At some point after we booked, the suite changed its name and its corresponding pictures - it turned out that it was another suite facing the Petronas, not ours, and the pictures had been mixed up before. We were informed of this, however the paiment had been made already, so we were left with the suite with no view to the Towers. Basically, one could say the pictures were quite misleading. However, it was still a nice suite. Please note that the pictures displayed at the time of this review are the pictures of this suite, so no need to worry. The carpet in the living room should be cleaned.

Pros: We had a truly pleasant stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and located on the 45th floor with a stunning view. Our children absolutely loved it. A special thanks to Mr. James for his outstanding assistance and honesty. He was quick to respond to all our requests and even returned an item we had accidentally left behind before our departure — we truly appreciated his integrity. The location was also excellent, very close to everything we needed. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only downsides were that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and the lobby was often very crowded.

A true gem!
Pros: We had a great stay at the platinum 2. The hotel/airbnb had amazing facilities. The room comfortably fitted our group ( 4 adults, 2 kids). It had a massive main bed, 2 bathrooms, a self-contained kitchen, it was located on a high level, we could see the Petronas from the living and main bedroom,. Bed was very comfy, air-conditioned, just a true delight. the hotel has 2x pools up on the 51st floor, there is parking on-site, and shops at closer proximity. We couldn't fault our stay! ☆☆☆☆☆
Cons: only comment is about the amount of people around d the pool for photos at times. The floor surrounding the pool is quite slippery.

The Platinum 2 (Face Style)
Pros: Walking distance to train stations to get you all around Kuala Lampur. 24hr convenience stores nearby. Large enough for our family of 5. Good AC throughout to manage the heat.

Pros: Fabulous location, clean and well-equipped apartment with incredible rooftop pool. Views are amazing!! We came from airport late at night but James made himself available to check us in. Wifi went down but they were really quick to troubleshoot and got a guy in to fix within the day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!
Cons: Pool is really popular for people doing insta selfies so can be a very slow swim around while you wait for them to get their 50 perfect shots...
