Signature Apartment at Mercu Summer Suites KLCC

A great place in a great location.

Pros: The area is perfect in terms of location, view, and accessibility. The apartment is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Next time we will definitely stay here again. :)

Cons: The Wi-Fi was very unstable, and many times our own mobile internet worked better than the hotel’s network. We didn’t encounter any other issues.

Pros: Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed for 11 nights in KL. Close to Everything. So handy having 3 shops in the lobby for beer and snacks. In House cafe had great food. Awesome having washing machine in apartment and a cooktop etc. Balcony was nice too.

Cons: would be better to include a shower curtain could be my problem, but I did not know how to have constant hot shower

Pros: A Nice staff and studios. They are well organized. The institute is in klcc, near bukit nanas station and all the facilities are nearer. Besides 3 small markets inside, there is A big mall with a huge hypermarket inside it 9 minutes on foot. It is Quill. ALL IN ALL, I recommand these apartments in summer suites, and if I am going to visit kuala lumpur, I Will with no hesitation at all choose Mercu Summer Suites. Professional staff, good listeners and acts quickly.

Amazing stay

Pros: Great location, there are shops and restaurant downstairs. The room was great, super clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. There was water, tea and coffee for guests. Internet was really fast. And last but not least- super friendly staff. Check-in really quick and I could check-out 1 hour later due to my unexpected doctor appointment at the hospital. Highly appreciated!

Best place to stay in KL

Pros: Highly recommend getting the one bedroom apartment as it's got the most awesome view of KL. Great location near the mono rail and twin towers, everything is close by.
