Mercu Summer Suite KLCC by Kuminshu

Excellent value

Pros: Best bed in 2 months. I pulled my back 2 weeks ago and wake up stiff and sore each morning. Not this morning. I'd have nabbed the mattress but I'm travelling light :) The apartment seems well sound-proofed from what I experienced.

Cons: Malaysia's fascination with paramilitary uniforms on full display here: Sam Brownes, spats, berets and cap badges galore (no six-shooters though). Whatever their job title, they are no substitute for trained hospitality staff. They have next to no English and unfortunately, in this case, the clothes maketh the man :)

Pros: Easy check in simple suite Good facilities all round

Pros: It was fine this time,hope that I get some similar as this unit.

Cons: The cooking pot looks old n too small for noodles or some other food.its rusty n need a change.satelite TV it's not acknowledge to remote controller,batteries in remote not acknowledge AC,need to check theeTV n AC connections.the kettle need to change its lever no connection to heat,host shud check n upgrade those items.Then guest can feel the extra mile to give 10s to kuminshu mercu summer suites.

Pros: Host Faruk was waiting at thee lobby for thee guest,it was quick issuing of keys n show to thee apartment,very nicely arranged on the key with names n booking numbers on every keys,helpfull immediately check in after collecting thee deposits of MYR100,from every guest.lets take rest.

Cons: It was all alright for me,one thing is thee minimal is congested with squeeze if there's lots of customers,n wait for your turn in a long queue. let's take it..let's sleep with it,n let's be happy about it.Gud Dai moke!!

Clean and spacious apartment which was great value for money.

Pros: Great spacious apartment in the vicinity of KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Short walk away from Dang Wangi LRT Station, and Bukit Nanas Monorail Station. Good communication and easy to collect keys from host. Apartment was clean and comfortable with a decent amount of facilities. The Mercu Summer Suites tower has a couple of shops on the ground floor and was easy to arrange pick ups by Grab taxis. Entry to the apartments and lifts were well patrolled by security. For a three night stay in KL, I would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing really. The apartment was on the 25th floor so not great for someone like me with a fear of heights, but managed to stay away from the window :-)

Pros: 1.Location 2.Host (saifur)Hospitality and customer service 3.clean and tidy 4. Secured 5. Shops downstairs is Surprise 6. Perfect for my family 7. My kids loved it. 8. Host available 24/7 amazing. 9. Near to all attraction 10. Can’t explain more for that I need to go back as we loved that place. 11. Value of money.

Cons: Humm people smoking zone front of the main lobby door which bit annoying but ok as we always use Door B. Nothing to unlike honestly

Pros: The host acted friendly and helped with some questions. Unfortunately, the real rating of these apartments is about ~8, kind of overpriced for what you get.

Cons: Really bad sound isolation, on 19 floor was hard to sleep, after 2 days there we moved to better apartments (thanks to host for the help) on 31 floor, but the difference on a noise level wasn't too big. The apartments on photos look much better. In reality, everything there was cheap and old. There were no sockets in a bathroom, no salt, no teapot in first apartments, no peper, no sugar, dirty glasses, bad towels, small bed for 2 people, cleaning for extra money, deposit, the list is really huge.... One thing that really pissed me off is that there is an issue with entrance. They used nfc-cards, but on all cards the same keys. It causes a lot of bugs with entry/leaving apartments, sometimes cards don't work, and sometimes you have first to scan your card from the other side of the door to make it work. Be ready to struggle with entrance/leaving.

Pros: Clean. Fast WiFi. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Lots of room. Useful kitchen. Loved the swimming pool. Can’t fault it.

Cons: Location is a bit far from downtown but Grab is cheap enough.
