Mother and son adventure

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment which was well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop pool. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect return trip

Pros: I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful and amazing experience during my recent stay at Somerset Kuala Lumpur. All in all, everything was truly pleasant—from the comfort of the room to the hospitality shown by your team. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the 3-bedroom unit, which was extremely convenient and comfortable for a big family like ours. The spacious layout allowed everyone to rest well while still enjoying quality family time together, making our stay even more meaningful. Another highlight of our stay was the strategic location. Travelling to different parts of the Kuala Lumpur area took only about 10 to 15 minutes, which made getting around very convenient and stress-free.

Cons: I would like to share a few points for improvement, which I hope can be taken constructively to further enhance guest experience: The shower head holder was loose Water temperature was inconsistent between hot and cold Shower head water flow was quite weak There was some leakage from the water pipe I had requested towels and a bath mat via the ASR app, but the service request was delayed by about 30 minutes and required a follow-up call for it to be attended to.

Pros: Seamless check in. Flexible in checking in earlier is possible same for late check out. Rooftop pool to do laps, adequate gym equipment and lounge to chillax all serves its purpose. Rooms are clean, comfy beds, ceiling fan is added feature not common in other hotels. Adjoined to a medical specialist centre. Overall is not a luxurious but a functional hotel for business, medical tourism or leisure stay within klcc area.

Cons: Carparks entrance and exit ramps quite narrow. No complimentary parking for inhouse guests. Position of cabinet mirror in bathroom room juts out awkwardly when using the sink Jacuzzi at rooftop underpower

Pros: Its very value for money for such nice and spacious room for the price, very comfy, ample of parking. Very nice bathtub and body wash and shampoo good quality and smell.

Cons: 1 of the pillow coloured ones is smelly , kattle not working.

Superb value, very comfortable, great location.

Pros: Huge apartment with all the facilities you could need. Excellent location just 15 minutes walk from Petronas Towers.

Pros: Easy access to food outlets and shopping malls nearby. Easy refill of potable water

Pros: facilities,the amenities and d cleanliness ...superb. The best hotel in kl. vrt vry clean...

Cons: this is my third stay here... dis time there is dust smell in my room... and another thing is d parking fee.... every time we go out n come its cost rm6. other than tat dis is my favaurite hotel so far... love to come again if d parking didnt cost a lot . and another 1 is ter is no restoran😌

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: Hotel just next to HSC, excellent location for ppl who want to do health screening at HSC. Clean and spacious room with kitchenette!

Cons: The room I stayed, AC was too cold even it was set at 28 degrees. Sunken sofa in living room but not an issue.
