United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Nice hotel but awkward to walk into city centre.

Pros: Large room, dressing gown, slippers, small kitchen, big bathroom with toiletries. Restaurant and pool available.

Cons: The location wasn't too far to walk into the city, however there was a very busy dual carriageway to cross. There was a bridge available, homeless people slept on the bridge. Though they never bothered us, for 2 women it was a little intimidating.

A comfortable, well located stay made special by genuine hospitality and thoughtful service for our family.

Pros: The location is excellent and very convenient for our needs, especially as we were hosting a family wedding nearby. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and well suited for families, particularly when travelling with elderly members. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality the duty manager, Mr Eddie was extremely accommodating, attentive, and warm throughout our stay. The staff were consistently helpful and thoughtful, coordinating room upgrades to ensure our family could stay comfortably together. Their care and professionalism made a big difference to our experience.

Cons: Nothing significant to highlight. Overall, our stay was smooth and pleasant, and any requests we had were handled promptly and with care by the team.

Comfortable stay near tourist hotspots

Pros: The staff were nice and helpful. The location was quite convenient yet quiet at night for a good sleep. Especially liked the kitchenette in the room for guests to use and the large room size.

Cons: The pool was in renovation so that the environment wasn’t as nice as it could be.

A place to relax

Pros: Room and toilet super clean. Comfy bed! As a malaysian of course the kitchen provided in the room is a bonus! Also delivery riders can easily delivered food, so many choices in foodpanda!

Cons: No direct lift from the parking to lobby. I think I forgot to select a non-smoking room, and when I first entered my room, I smelled a strong cigarette odor.
