My Intercontinetal Hotel experience

Pros: Very pleasant experience, nice staff and lovely atmosphere. Bedding is very comfortable and spacious bathroom.

Cons: Certain corners and tables of our room were dusty and dirty.

Had a pleasant stay!!! Superb team all around.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Spoilt for choice. Special mention to the Restaurant staff specially Amdad &Sanusi. Both were polite, friendly and went outside the box and give advise where the best places to visit in KUL. Superb team in Serena brasserie . Location of the Hotel is excellent and Danish at Concierge was very helpful too. Room allocated had a nice City View and have all the things guests need from bathrobes to toiletries etc. Really a 5* property.

Cons: Extra bed provided was quite old and sinking specially the mattress. Also the room allocated is not a 5*. It needs refurbishment.

Great location - very lovely staff.

Pros: Lovely staff - bell man Aziz was always friendly and on hand to assist with anything. Concierge John was great also.

Cons: Super twin room was advertised as suitable for a family of 4 - however the beds were quite small, felt smaller than a double. Staff were lovely though seeing that we had 2 teenage boys and put in a extra bed.

It did what we needed it to do.

Pros: It is spacious and clean. There are a couple of galleries close by.

Cons: It only had a cigar bar. Nowhere to get a drink without clouds of noxious smoke. They do not take debit cards and some of the staff were quite rude. Not the friendliest of hotels. Located in business district. Bit of a walk to affordable restaurants. The hotel’s restaurants are very expensive.

Pros: The room was exceptional. Very well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and with a fantastic bathroom. Likewise the breakfast was also exceptional and the highlight of the day. Incredible choice, spacious dining room and attentive service.

Pros: Friendly staff. Ashraf from the restaurant was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and confident to come again. Sharmy from front desk was very helpful when we arrived. He made us feel so welcome.

Large room. Comfy bed, great location

Pros: Largest bed I have ever slept in. Very comfy. Room was also quite a bit larger than average which made the stay more pleasant. Being next to MRT was great for visiting Central Market, Merdeka Square and other attractions. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well.

Cons: No issues.
