Great stay

Pros: Big clean room, friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, great location

Cons: Was a little bit tired in places but didn’t take away from the overall stay

Pros: Lovely hotel friendly helpfull staff, good buffet breakfast and a fab infinity pool.

Cons: Room was a little small location was near protronas towers but a little far from cafes and shops at bukit bintang. Busy road outside very uneven pavements

Pros: Within walking distance to the Petronas Towers. Clean. Nice staff.

Cons: The gym could be better equipped.

I would definitely recommend it

Pros: Perfect location. 12 minutes walk from the Petronas Tower. The hotel is clean, staff are helpful and there are many facilities. I was able to check in before 3pm and I received an upgrade. Staff offered to help with other matters, such as booking emailing for the morning after and indicating the closest ATM.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.

Pros: Location is close to twin towers, around 10-15 minutes walk, with a few cafes, restaurants and groceries around. Wi-Fi and a/c were working well. Check in and check out was smooth. Room was normal size, clean, a little bigger than standard ibis hotels. I had a nice view, but I am not sure if all the rooms have nice views. Better to ask for a room with a view in advance. (as I did myself) Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Rooftop pool wasn't big. Sunbathing options around it were limited. Breakfast is mostly local tastes. As a cheese lover I was disappointed not to find even a single variety of cheese.

Pros: Location perfect near to every thing mall resturant supermarket tourist location ...room is biger than i expect ...clean ...comfortable....have iron machine .....stuff friendly .... very recomended

Overall stay was good. Location was convenient but poor customer service.

Pros: Central area. Conveniently located. 10min walk to KLCC. Easy access to many places.

Cons: The staffs were not helpful. We arrived early 6am and while waiting for check in. We ordered McDonald breakfast and checked with one of the staff if we can eat the lobby and the staff told us to go ahead but to clear. As we were about to eat another staff ( indian lady) told us we can't eat here but to proceed to the hotel cafe. We can grab a drink and sit there and eat. When approach the cafe staff, she mentioned no outside food. Basically the staffs need proper training. Very disappointed. On another instance, we call reception to ask if they have safety pin as the room doesn't have any sewing kit. The counter staff told us she would check and get back in 5 mins. We waited for 30min and decided to call back, the same staff told us they don't provide safety pin. I hang up. I went down to the reception to double check if they have safety pin, one staff brought out a box of safety pins and told me to help myself.

Pros: The location was not bad. The view was great. The pool, breakfast and gym was also very good.

Cons: The bathroom had a smell. Which did not come in the room was there in the bathroom

Pros: Was good kinda 3xpensive but understandable depending on location
