Very nice hotel with kind staff

Pros: It’s a beautiful, modern, comfortable hotel and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the many vegan options at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and great neighborhood.

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in KLCC

Pros: Staff members were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. We had an early check in two hours ahead of schedule. Well located in the heart of the city.

Cons: One of the housekeeping staff opened the door in the morning and entered to clean the room while I was sleeping - was a bit taken back. Other than that, no complaints - a comfortable stay

Pros: I stayed here for 5 consecutive days and was very satisfied with the room service; they replenished our water every day. There was a sudden power outage one day, and I was worried about breakfast because I love the food here so much. However, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure everyone could still enjoy a delicious meal. I was impressed by their crisis management. My only regret was the last day—since I had an early flight, the hotel promised a breakfast to-go, but it only consisted of bread and fruit with very limited variety. It was a bit of a shame.

Pros: The location. The helpful staff and customer service. When we checked in the hotel staff told us they are having a power outage. They offered to put us up at their other property in PJ. They arranged the rooms and tranfer for us free. We took up the offer and it went smoothly.

An unforgettable experience.

Pros: My room was spectacular, and the hotel setting is absolutely beautiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay. The buffet restaurant was outstanding—especially the Indian selection, which was truly impressive. I also loved the restaurant staff uniform batik shirts; the fabulous half-printed blue design paired with white is so striking you should consider selling them! I even asked to buy one. Congratulations to the entire team on a wonderful experience.
