Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

It’s nice and comfy and has pretty good areas

Pros: In the heart of the city and the hotel staffs were very helpful and always with a smile.

Cons: The price was a bit hefty but then again, it is the Four Seasons

The four seasons is the ultimate in luxury and I cannot fault my stay there.

Pros: The service is impeccable. So much attention to detail by guest services, they take note of what you like and need and make sure you’re taken care of. I travelled with a 16 month old which can be hard but they made her feel really special and made sure I had what I needed. The staff were so kind and generous, really made our Christmas very magical. The location is also very central and Suria KLCC is just a step away - convenient. The facilities are fantastic. The pool area is beautiful and the spa was enormous. Could easily book in for a massage at short notice. The rooms are spacious and are stocked with everything you need or have asked for. Breakfast was so delicious. A huge offering of any type of food you want and all cooked to perfection. Overall the four seasons continues to be one of the best hotels to stay at. Everything is so personalized to the experience you want and we can’t wait to come back.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. I will say the other guests can be a little uptight/snobby however I did have a screaming 16 month old with me so that’s understandable!

The facilities are outstanding — the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the spa and gym are top quality. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering fresh and delicious options every morning. The location is perfect: close enough to the main attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to come back!

Nice Location

Pros: The hotel still looks new even though is almost over 5 years old. Location is Superb

Cons: Got bad experience with house keeping. Keep waiting for over 30 minutes to deliver room amenity and called 4 times before finally deliver to the room. Very unsual for such class of hotel. They really need to supervise them.

Great stay with full of excitement!

Pros: The hospitality of the hotel staffs. Fully equipped for the kitchen equipment of this two bedroom apartment.

Cons: The wooden floor was full of scratches and there was a power socket box protruded out from the floor at the living area. A bit of an eye sore for this kind of prestigious hotel.
