Pros: The rooftop pool was wonderful! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the typical 'tourist' locations. Also felt safe enough to walk around at night. The apartment was exquisite, loved the high ceilings. The access to a fridge and microwave made it a better stay than at a hotel, with the same 'hotel feel'.

Cons: The TV in the bedroom had a really poor display, and the settings were locked, so it could not be changed. We couldn't use our HDMI cord for nighttime movies whgich was a bit disappointing. However, the living room TV worked fine, so we watched movies there!

I've always able to have good night sleep whenever I stay at this property.

Pros: The room was clean and the staff are well informed and friendly. My stay here has always been a pleasant one.

Cons: The lightings at the basement could be brighter for a more secured assurance for the customers when parking there.

Nothing to complain but superb, great stay and will come back again

Pros: Location is strategic, walking distance to Pavillion, KLCC and easy to get a Grab to TRX shopping mall. The rooms are big, clean, and noise insulation was superb. The in room facilities were great too. And the staffs at the lobby always greeting guests with smiling face all the time.

Cons: Nothing to complain but only the great things experience and happy with the stay and chose the hotel with hesitation at the beginning. Thank You

A relaxing and enjoyable staycation with close friends

Pros: What my friends and I loved: The excellent location. The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the apartment. The good quality crockery and cutlery. The large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Cons: The only drawback: The absence of a vanity table in the bedroom.

Great location to central KL, friendly staff. Great stay in central KL

Pros: The team were very friendly and helpful, very central. Large room/ suite so very spacious. Lovely pool.

Cons: It was very difficult to communicate with them about the booking. Only after calling the booking.com helpline to reassure me that my booking was valid. Did I finally get an answer. It was advertised as having a shuttle pick up at the airport but this did not exist. Our taxi found the place difficult to find as there were several Asscot hotels. I'm

Pros: Great location, 5 mins from Petronas towers, helpful staff, very large room, 22nd story pool is a nice to have. Bed was huge and one of the most comfortable we have used .... and we travel a lot.

Cons: Not super clean, not too bad but could have been better.
