Good apartment with great location

Pros: Good location, safe and spacious apartment. It was also quiet. Good value for money.

Cons: Very limited supply of kitchen utensils, not even a knife to peel fruits. Swimming pool looked quite different from photos - it was slimy and shallow

Pros: This was a large and comfortable suite. There are good bars and restaurants beside the hotel, which is a short walk from the KLCC Towers. The tour bus stops outside.

Pros: For the past five years, Crown Regency has been my go-to haven, consistently delivering exceptional service and top-notch room facilities. But this time, they truly outdid themselves. I requested a special setup for my friend's birthday surprise, and the team, led by the ever-dedicated Herman, went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated, and they added thoughtful touches with chocolates and wine, transforming the moment into something unforgettable. It exceeded every expectation and made the celebration truly magical.

Cons: The only downside was the persistent dripping from the main pipe in the bathroom, which left the floor wet and damp throughout our stay.

Pros: Our first room wasn’t what we booked for bedding wise but the awesome staff showed us another room that was perfect. The staff are lovely, greeting you in the mornings, helping when needed. My husband hurt himself in the pool (his own fault) and the staff were very helpful! The rooms were well serviced.
