Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur

Easy and convenient hotel, lovely decor and calm environment.

Pros: The food was magnificent! I thought it was a great spread for the Buffet breakfast. I also loved having a quiet afternoon tea by myself on the rooftop bar. The Creme Brulee was stunning. And so wqas the Jasmine Tea. The room was great too. I had a balcony which I prefer. The bathroom was in a layout I hadn't seen before in a Hyatt, the bed was comfy, the toiletries and towels were great. The desk area was more than enough to do some easy computer work. There was also a good coffee machine and I felt that the water provided was sufficient for my needs.

Cons: The ONLY thing about the room was that it was quite dark and there was no way to meddle with the lighting settings to light things up a little more - say when you're at the laptop or eating some food. I was a bit bristled when I came in to reception and they made me feel like something was wrong because they made me wait to confirm my payment - even though I'd booked through Booking.com and my card was charged prior. So that was a bit weird and not what I was used to with Hyatt welcomes.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Pretty much as you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. Room was spacious and comfortable with super air conditioning. Layout a bit odd in that unit for clothes and refreshments in centre of room rather than against wall so a bit of navigating around it required – but you get used to it! Decent breakfast, lots of choices to suit everyone Tips for others: If getting to hotel by taxi, make sure driver is clear on the hotel name. There are a few Hyatts in KL and you could end up at the wrong one (I ended up at the Grand Hyatt!). Don’t be fooled by shuttle service offering. They just order you a taxi.

Cons: Large balcony but a bit pointless with no furniture on it. Just a couple of cheap plastic chairs would do please.

Great comfy city stay at hyatt

Pros: Super nice staff, facility fresh, the room spacious and modern, hotel located great, cannot complain on anything, i can just compliment Mr Rashid for being extra helpful in the entrance and the whole reception staff.

Cons: Cannot think of anything

Perfect location for a couple days in KL

Pros: The pool The breakfast ist really amazing! The location is great Personnel was really friendly and helpful

Cons: The pool is a little small for so many guests and there should be an extra area for kids. It was quite annoying to have so many kids splashing and screaming around, but that’s a detail I guess :-). The fitness area is too small and there are not many machines.

Pros: Matthew (on Reception) did so much for us during this stay - he was a true professional and very welcoming. We loved the hotel, the room, the pool area and the Italian restaurant. Really, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel - in an excellent location too which meant walking anywhere on the tourist trail was really doable.

Cons: Lack of wardrobe space. We were only there for 2 nights so not a problem but it may be an issue for a longer stay.

Pros: Beautiful room, great facilities, and helpful staff-all in a convenient CBD location.

Pros: Personal is very helpful! Hotel is in center, many great places are nearby. Breakfast is great. The view from a restaurant is amazing.

Best choice in Kuala Lumpur no doubt.
