Hıghly recommended for cıty stay

Pros: Really spacious Large living area with everything you need. Beautiful decor.

Cons: If you lıke a pool ıts ın shade all day

Good value in KL.

Pros: We had a very large apartment with plenty of cooking appliances. There was also a washer and dryer. The staff there were very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was lovely.

Cons: We did make some suggestions to the manager. A drying rack for the clothes that shouldn't go in the dryer would have been very useful. The bed was a bit hard and the view was a blank wall. Bottom line though, it was still very good value and we had lots of space.

PERFECT STAYCATION!

Pros: I love how spacious the room was and how calm the entire property is. Truly felt like I was in a different world once entering the compound of E&O Residence. It was such a beautiful experience.

Cons: I think they did everything great! Would appreciate if there were instructions on how to use the ice maker on the fridge. Also if we could have a coffee maker would be great too. I saw it in the picture but was not there in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but definitely nice to have :)

Big space for family visit in the city!

Pros: Very spacious for a 2Bd apartment in Kuala Lumpur.

Cons: Just that the location is between a big complex where something is not convenient for Grab delivery/ visitor to come. Because you’ll need to walk to the main car entrance to pick up your item.

Beautiful spacious apartments in central location

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and very large. Love the city view. Security and bell desk staff are wonderful and nice.

Cons: Gym although nicely equipped is a bit worn out already (dated). Also the bathroom is a bit worn out and would benefit from some detailing.

Overall an enjoyable city staycation. The little attention to details would have made it a great one

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at E&O Residences. The unit was spacious, well-fitted and comfortable, with an excellent master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was cosy and the shower had strong water pressure, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was generally quiet and relaxing, with only the occasional noise from passing vehicles. The staff -- from the security team and receptionists to housekeeping and maintenance -- were friendly, responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. There were several good restaurants nearby with welcoming staff. We enjoyed breakfast at both The Glass and Gardenman, the two designated E&O restaurants, and found the food to be enjoyable. KLCC Park was within walking distance, although we did get a little lost along the way -- a simple printout map would have been helpful, as the digital one did not work well with all the tall buildings around. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable getaway, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: While the facilities themselves were gorgeous, the overall upkeep could have been better. To us, the unit appeared to have been unused for some time, and there was a musty smell upon arrival. The ceiling fan in the main hall was not working initially, although maintenance responded promptly and managed to get it running, albeit without speed control. The air-conditioning remotes were also not functioning properly and we had to fiddle around with them to get them working. We considered using the ice maker in the fridge, but noticed it was not very clean, so we decided against it. There were a few minor leaks in the shower, though nothing major. Overall, the property has great potential and excellent facilities, but improved maintenance would have made the stay far more enjoyable and truly exceptional.

Exceptional... and i really like the are washer and dryer in the room. To dry our cloths after swimming.

Pros: Absolutely loved the room! It was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The bathroom and bathtub were impressively big. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and every staff member, from the guards to the receptionists, was friendly and well-trained. I’ll definitely be returning!

Cons: The Tv. Not a smart tv and just showing local Chanels

Beautiful Apartment!

Pros: The spacious and the manhattan feeling penthouse like. Overall the apartment was clean, modern and amazing..the toiler is amazingly huge!

Cons: Hmmm.... nothing much though!

Pros: The residence apartment is very nice, spacious and modern. Location is minutes walk to Petronas Twin Towers.Breakfast was good. Staff was very polite, securety guys are very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to stay at this place!!!!

Lovely spot in the heart of KL

Pros: Location was great, room was spacious and well decorated.

Cons: The TV, lacking a smart TV. The tv provided in the room was unwatchable as it relies on satellite connection.
