Great location and superb quality accommodation

Incredible hotel

Pros: Views are amazing. Recommend booking a room with Petronas Towers view. Rooftop bar has fab views at night. Hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff are incredibly helpful. Good breakfast choice. Pool and facilities on floor 29 are fabulous.

Cons: They close the pool when it rains which is fair enough. However once it stops it takes them too long to re-open the pool. Hotel opposite had theirs in use and we had to wait 30 minutes.

A fabulous location close to shopping, the elevated walkways, food shops and the night food markets.

Pros: Fabulous location, close to Petronas Towers, Shopping, easy walk to Pavilion shopping and the night food markets. The swimming pool was fantastic well set out, the gym was well organised and the spa lovely. The bar on level 51 was amazing at night.

Cons: Having to leave.

Spectacular

Pros: Overall, EQ Hotel is nice and comfortable. The night food was the highlight, especially the mee goreng mamak, which was very tasty. The Premium Suite at EQ Hotel offers a spacious, modern, and luxurious stay. The bed is large and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The overall ambience of the suite feels elegant and calm, with high-quality furnishings and a well-thought-out layout. The room is bright and airy, and the city view adds to the premium experience. Amenities are well provided, and the space feels exclusive and refined. The hotel environment is pleasant. Overall, the Premium Suite delivers a comfortable and upscale experience that is worth the stay.

Cons: The toilet had urine stains upon entering, which was unpleasant. Only drinking water was provided instead of mineral water. The bathtub tap could not drain water properly, and the hot shower did not function well, with inconsistent water temperature.

Do not miss out on staying at this hotel!

Pros: The quality of the hotel is exceptional. The staff cannot do enough for you and are very polite and attentive. The views from the skybar are unbelievable.

Cons: The price of the drinks in the Sky Bar are expensive

Nice hotel with excellent location

Pros: This was my 2nd stay in EQ. Love it. Nice and modern design.

Cons: Only minus is thar rooftop terrace is forbidden with children for hotel guests!

The Perfect stay

Pros: Staff were incredibly kind, room was spotless, we had a view of the pool which was lovly, the pool itself was incredible, the hydro pool was perfect. The complimentary mini bar was the perfect touch to our room. The breakfast buffet had sooooo much choice. My family had a wonderful experience staying here, so close to walk to everything around KLCC. We cant wait to go back.

Exceptional service

Pros: Exceptional service that exceeded all expectations. The staff were attentive, personable, and made sure I was always comfortable. Being greeted by name added a special touch, and the exclusive club lounge with its amazing food made the experience even more memorable.

Pros: 10/10 in all aspects - staff, hotel design, cleanliness.

Cons: Only miinor issue was that the tv wasn't a smart tv

Wonderful

Pros: Most things were very accessible. There was places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and there was also an amazing rooftop bar.
