Really enjoyed our two night stay.

Pros: Great location near to Petronas Towers. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons: Accidentally left a favourite piece of clothing behind in room and waiting for a reply. It definitely would have been found by service staff.

Pros: Its a bit out off the centre where everything happens but we booked it like that deliberately. The location for us was perfect with a good view on the Petronas Twin Towers. The lady at the reception (Kina) who helped us was very nice.

Great location for KL

Pros: Views of Petronas tower amazing. Great central location. Breakfast was a delight. Room was lovely, just slightly faded. Beds were so comfortable

Cons: Rooms need a little refreshment. Looking a tad tired. But would stay there again. Just a comment but not a criticism

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Ridzuan for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, and we really appreciated his effort. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back again! 😊

Great location

Pros: The breakfast and the location were excellent. Quick access to malls, the towers and convenient pick up for tour groups. The breakfast was fresh and diverse. Pool towels were provided by the pool. Room size was much bigger than expected, clean and modern.

Cons: The WiFi didn't work on day 1 of my stay (staff did apologize for the inconvenience). No information was provided in the room about what floor the pool, bar, spa etc was on or what times the restaurant provided breakfast. Shower telephone hand faucet was broken.
