Pros: Very nice breakfast Rooms are big enough for wheelchair

Pros: Perfect location, rooms are clean and rather spacious.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit disappointing, which could also have been because we came 40 mins before the breakfast was over with. A lot of the dishes were empty and the assortment of the food is closer to the Asian breakfast than to the European, just something to bear in mind. The quality of food was good though.

Pros: I need to say thank you so much to one of your female staff for her action and helping to clear my son mess during breakfast.Thank you also for the cake and birthday card on my wife birthday.Room and toilet so clean,my room just nice view facing pavilion,all your staff are friendly and helpful.Located near pavilion.

Cons: About breakfast,not so many choice,but good taste.Narrow parking and very extreme 😂

Better,peace and nice place

Pros: Everything was so good and the place is good for Muslim and the staff very kind and helpful.

Cons: For the drinking water,we are not use to drink water from sink in the toilet,other than that everything is goos

Comfortable, clean & good location

Pros: The room was clean and well-maintained .This hotel llocation was perfect, close to shops and attractions, making it easy to get around.

Cons: The parking space is horrible

Pros: This hotel was fantastic. The location is super convenient—everything is close by and getting around is really easy. The room was spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously (even behind the TV was dust-free). A special shout-out to Victor at the front desk—he was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful during check-in. Really appreciate his great service. One more big plus: the room provides RO (reverse osmosis) water, so you always have clean drinking water available. Such a thoughtful touch and a huge bonus!

Cons: This hotel is almost flawless, but I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.

In the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions.

Pros: Located right next to the Pavilion Shopping Complex and a short walk to Petronas Towers. Quite a new hotel with modern amenities, it has a small gym with minimal equipment to do a workout. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from and the fresh bread and produce was ample.

Cons: Everything about the hotel was great, I only have one small complaint and that is at breakfast one morning we had a coffee accident on our table. We were there from 6:30am when it opened and there was minimal staff, coffee spilt on our table and was going everywhere, a meter from our table a guy folding napkins started at us and did not help. I tried to take a napkin and he told me no, meanwhile coffee now going on my mobile. I leant over him and grabbed a paper towel, he still did nothing. I tried to ask a waiter passing by for a cloth and as he went in a drawer in front of the napkin guy 🙄 he told me wait, I’ll get someone and the both walked away. I went in the drawer myself, got the cloth and cleaned up the mess myself. Finally a lady waitress came by and stood at the table, I thought she was going to assist or help us clear and instead she looked and walked away. The lady behind the soup station was the best and nicest. She ran from behinds despite being busy and tried to order others to help. She acknowledged us and that was at least nice 😊 this in is et unfortunately put a camper on what was a super breakfast buffet. Oh and lastly, they ran out of lactose free yogurt, how I don’t know but for dairy free persons there was no alternative provided at all.

Would highly recommended if you visit the first time. Location is very central.

Pros: I would highly recommended to stay at Novotel KL City center. The location is great, next to the Pavillian and a short walk on the sky bridge to KLCC. You can also walk back through the park. Ruby assist med us with checking in and it went smoothly, there is a convenient store(MyNews) behind the hotel. Room is spacious and it has everything that we need. I love the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion they provided at the hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff, made us a packed breakfast as we had an early morning start.
