Enjoyable stay in busy commercial hub of KL

Pros: Clean, modern , spacious rooms, good selection of restaurants

Cons: No windows in a room, decor looked a bit tacky, extra busy location

Pros: Amazing location - in the middle of Bukit Bintang, and walking distance to many places (including TRX Mall). The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons: I think there were a lot of non-hotel guests just sitting around at the lobby so it can get very crowded. Parking is not free, but you can't pay at the hotel, so you will need to get to the lower basements to access the parking machine which is a bit inconvenient. The parking lot feels a little dodgy as well.

Pros: This was my first time in Kuala Lumpur, and I stayed at this hotel. It was fantastic! I received excellent assistance from the staff. they are JUN HONG ，XIN YING AND sohag.I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

One of the very best hotel stays ever - important to book an executive club room for access to the lounge.

Pros: In centre of Bukit Bintang, right across the street from the Pavillion with its many restaurants and shops. No point as a tourist being in a great hotel outside the fun area. Executive club room allows access to the Lounge which does a quiet breakfast compared to the main breakfast areas and also snacks in afternoon and substantial food and drinks (including alcoholic) in the early evening.

Cons: Street very busy, noisy, petrol fumes - but I guess that's everywhere in central KL

Pros: What i like most is Pavillion Mall is just across the road!

Cons: Traffic to the hotel😐

Our 1st visit to KL

Pros: Enjoyable stay with very good breakfast the rooms very clean. The location was easable accessible. The staff made us feel at home.

Cons: None of note

Pros: Hotel was very clean and good location opposite pavilion mall.

Cons: Traffic gets very bad in this area when you want to go places from the hotel.

Highly recommended - choose a Club Room

Pros: Good geographical position. Club room allows access to Club Lounge where one can have a quiet breakfast, and complimentary food and drinks (including alcohol) in the early evening.
