Brunei 🇧🇳

Pros: Grand Millennium is my go-to hotel whenever I stay in Bukit Bintang during my trips to Kuala Lumpur. The check-in and check-out process is always smooth and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful—especially the lady who assisted me during check-in; she was attentive, polite, and very professional. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk to Pavilion, which makes the location very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were good and well kept. I also enjoyed the massage at the hotel—it was very relaxing. Breakfast was brilliant as usual, with a great selection of food. It was a pleasant stay once again, and I will definitely come back. One small suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs for an even better in-room experience.

Cozy

Pros: The location is amazing if you want to walk around Bukit Bintang. I stayed for a night and the parking fee costs me RM5. (validate at the hotel concierge). The room is cozy, (bear in mind it’s an old hotel but well maintained), and I love their hot water. They have 2 taps water control (hot and cold) so easy to get the temperature right. Huge thank you to Ms Nija and Ms Radieka for their great hospitality and assistance. Thank you for the complimentary cake for my birthday. Appreciate it so much. The aisle is quiet, the elevator is functional well (not too long to wait). What can I say, it’s a great hotel.

Cons: Breakfast buffet isn’t worth the money. Not much of food options, spread is meh, the yoghurt tastes weird like a greek yogurt but in colour. They didn’t fill up the plates and bowl. I went there before for lunch buffet and it was amazing and delicious. Well it turned out differently this time for the breakfast.

Best location next to Pavilion | slightly old | staffs and breakfast good

Pros: Staffs are friendly. Breakfast has wide variety of options and quite good. Room is spacious. Location is top-notch, right next to Pavilion.

Cons: Noticeable that the room/hotel is aged. In the room you can see some rusty, dirty corners but not too bad. One or two ants can be seen in the room everyday.

Excellent location, clean rooms and helpful staff.

Pros: The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. The room was spacious with complimentary water and a good selection of tea and coffee etc. The views from our room on the 9th floor were great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Cons: There was nothing that we did not like about our stay.

Pros: I have stayed 3 times in total stay Year 23 year 24 and year 25 . I'm happy with everything except breakfast I have noticed many times and been upset That you guys breakfast is pretty much same never a changes. Need to change meat menu every day and atleast 2 meat .
