Enjoyed our stay here

Pros: We booked a Twin room 23m2 and upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised we got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. Imagine there’s a L-shape walkway from the main door to the room. For Japan hotel standard this is consider a very spacious. Thank you Sotetsu for this thoughtful gesture. Reception staff is very helpful and courteous. Location of the hotel is great. We truly enjoy our stay here

Central for convenience with friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Very central and have been staying there over several years. Halim and Mintu are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist, making it a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

It was great.

Pros: Excellent location in Bukit Bintang. Clean and cosy room with view on Bukit Bintang.

Cons: Had issues with the safe box and it took almost 2 hours for the staff to come and unlock it

Pros: Site is excellent for having a feel of KL Pavilion area. Quite a buzz which is unlike any other cities. MINTU, one of the hotel porters provided exceptional service. Highly rated commendable member of staff who is friendly, helpful and always provide a smiley face at every encounter.

Cons: Hotel entrance and ground floor's layout is far too much commercialised and every nook and corner parcelled out to a few hotchpot of stalls, shops etc2. Rather unpleasant experience of entering a hotel and finding the reception placed in one of the furthest corner and having to negotiate pass those said enterprises which take up a huge chunk of what should have been lobby space for guests. A very sad space allowed for guest which should have been more welcoming upon first arrival. Whatever the shortcomings, and there were a few it is all is made up for by the named member of staff who had gone out of his way to make the hotel far more welcoming than it's quirky layout does.

Cons: No minibar or fridge in the room. The only downside for my stay.

Pros: The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, offering excellent access to major shopping malls and a wide selection of restaurants just steps away. Guests can easily unwind with nearby massage and spa options, all while enjoying a comfortable stay in a safe and secure environment.
