Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend

Pros: From the moment you arrive at the hotel the staff go above and beyond to welcome you. The room and bathroom is spotless. The location is fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel check in and check out was seamless. The lifts are almost instant with no waiting around. The location is fantastic.

Cons: Nothing to not like.

Pros: Superb location just next to MRT LRT and Bukit Bintang, many dining and shopping options nearby Very kind and helpful staff, special mention to our breakfast hostess Madhu who was very polite and helpful and Mr. Rami in consergiery who helped a lot during our check out I would repeat my stay if I go back

Great location but a bit noisy .

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the pool area lovely to cool off.

Cons: It was noisy as the monorail runs very close. We moved rooms but could still hear it thunder past all night. The breakfast was very poor. Maybe the Asian food was good, I can’t comment but the Western selection very poor. I know we should always eat the local food but I’ve been travelling for 8 weeks and craved a western breakfast.

Royal treatment at Hotel Royal

Pros: For us, budget travelers, this hotel was a small luxury in the centre of KL! (During CNY) Quiet to sleep. A beautiful view of Merdeka 118, KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers! Very refreshing swimming pool - clean! Towels for check out in pool reception desk. The room was spacious, the bed so very comfortable, the shower with rain head amazing! Room cleaning was efficient and easy to coordinate. Concierge service very helpful and professional! Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. The manager is very kind and ensures guests are provided care. I 100% recommend 👌 👍

Cons: When breakfast buffet is not included with room rate, it is expensive compared to available options within walking distance 🙃

Incredibly central location in the heart of Bukit Bantang - walk to 5 malls

Pros: Originally booked at the Melia round the corner and due to lack of customer care moved to this hotel - and I'm absolutely delighted I did. In the heart of Bukit Bantang shopping district, short walk to 5 malls, multiple eating places and hive of activity. Huge rooms, incredibly clean with a view of the Petronas towers. Was in KL for 3 days and didn't leave the vicinity of the hotel as there was so much to do nearby. Planning another trip to KL to see everything else. Booked a taxi to Hameedya's for their famous Nasi Kandar without realising it was only a 4 min walk. Cannot emphasise enough how amazing this location was and how fantastic the staff and facilities.
