Excellent hotel,our second visit

Pros: Very comfortable hotel with good facilities and central position. It is our second year here so we must have been satisfied. The staff are excellent so polite and helpful. Love the toiletries!!

Cons: I feel a rail in the swimming pool would be reassuring where the pool slopes

Pros: The staff were absolutely on point at every stage and requirement. Great restaurant and location perfect for our getting around site seeing.

Warm Hospitality in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and effortless. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after busy days exploring the city. We were celebrating a birthday, and the team went above and beyond with beautiful in-room decorations and a delicious birthday cake. Such a thoughtful surprise and truly appreciated. The location is fantastic an easy walk to Bukit Bintang, yet once inside the hotel it feels peaceful and private. We especially appreciated the filtered water on tap (a great sustainable touch), and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with excellent variety and fresh, well-presented options. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Cons: Pillows were slightly too soft for our liking, but we didn’t raise it at the time and are confident it would have been resolved quickly.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly staff. The swimming pool is excellent, with bar, gym, exercise classes onsite. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a feast with the biggest choice of dishes I've ever seen. Reception staff were very helpful, with Nada in particular being a great help to us. Thanks for two great nights.

Great area for exploring KL

Pros: Wonderful breakfast Perfect location Nice pool area

Cons: Given an 'upgrade' room, which was a great big bathroom with bath. No need for a bath, and it took up most of the bedroom. Should have requested our original room back.

Overall was good if you prefer quiet street

Pros: Modern & quiet, also opted to stay here upon finding out on the spa

Cons: A bit distant from pavilion. Check in for club collection room should be at different level, not mixed with the rest

I think decent place to stay and some room for improvement.

Pros: Location is good and convenient; the breakfast variety is too little and food not as tasty.

Cons: the kettle when you wipe inside, it is black, although after you wash, it appears to be clean. The stain hidden inside the kettle groove. Half way thru the stay the window became blur, would be better if it is cleaned and have a clearer view.

Pros: The location it's definitely perfect. Staff it's helpful and friendly too.

Cons: Unfortunately the aircond it's not cold enough, takes long time to get it cold .

Comfy, perfectoo!

Pros: loved everything! the breakfast buffet had lots of options & it was delicious. the room was absolutely comfy & the ambiance of the place was just lovely. and we also got the chance to indulge in the lounge with free flow food & drinks from 5pm-7pm! thank you to the team.

Cons: slightly was uncomfortable with the off & on septic smell from the bathroom.

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. The host at breakfast was exceptional at his job and was very welcoming and very professional. Would definitely recommend.
