Very Nice stay
Pros: Room was very spacious, and clean. The staff was accomodating as we arrived earlier than check-in. Animation for Lunar New Year were very nice to see. Hotel is located next to two malls which is helpful for shopping. Also very well located if you are coming from KL Sentral
Cons: Hotel is located next to road with a lot of traffic. It's also far from the cultural site if you are walking but still quickly accessible if you are using a taxi.

We had a fabulous stay and very happy with everything at Melia!
Pros: We had a fabulous time at the Melia KL! The staff was very friendly and helpful specially Shan at the reception who helped us with our early check in and also Aneesa who helped us with the late checkout. All the staff were very friendly and their service was excellent. The location was closeby to all major attractions and it was super convenient to get about and get around. Its right opposite Berjaya Times square so anytime u want meals or buy anything u just need to cross the road. The metro station is just there too. One day we had breakfast at their buffet and it was quite wholesome. They clean the rooms and change towels every single day which was great.
Cons: Nothing about the property but the location is so prime that sometimes traffic gets build up in that area and it’s difficult to get to the hotel during peak hours like after office hours.

Loved it and very nice location!
Pros: The staff were so lovely and location was right across from berjaya Times Square which was very convenient as well as being a short walk from pavilion!!

Comfortable hotel and good location
Pros: Great staff on reception, friendly and helpful. Extremely comfortable bed and brilliant shower. Breakfast was fabulous. Huge choice of everything you can imagine. Two blocks away from the best area of Kuala Lumpur for restaurants and bar street.
Cons: The main complaint was the noise. The hotel is located on a busy intersection and only has single glazed windows so road noise was a nuisance if you’re used to a peaceful location.

Pros: I had a good stay at the hotel, three nights mid February 2026 on the 5th floor. The room was nice and so was the staff. The breakfast was great. I did not try the pool. I was expecting to leave a 300 MYR deposit, if I read properly on Booking, but no deposit was requested. The hotel is nicely located at the Imbi monorail station which makes it easy to get anywhere you want in the city. I had to head for TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) on my last day to catch a bus to Malacca and the trip was an easy one going from Imbi station to Bandar Tasik Selatan station.
Cons: Two issues, one with hot water and one with the Wi-Fi in the room. I checked in early evening and went out for a walk and some food. Only came back late and when heading for a shower the water was not warm. Tried anything I could think about but no. Kindly complained at the reception in the morning for both issues. I was informed someone would look at it. Great! Came back again late evening, but issues were still there. Went down and kindly started a serious discussion. Someone followed up with me to cross-check. I clearly showed that on one side the water was clearly cold, and that on the other it was like normal water, but not warm. We went back down confirming the problem at the reception. We then went for the same room, next floor, same problem. Tried the room beside on that upper floor, same problem, maybe slightly warmer. It was then shortly past midnight. They called a technician who came in and quickly solved the problem. Not sure exactly what he did. We went back to my room where he apparently did the same thing and got it working. The day after (last night for me), however, the problem seemed to be kind of back. As I had seen the technician playing a bit with the lever behind the tap (the one to lock the sink) I tried doing the same and got it working. Don't ask me why or how this could be related to hot water! As for the Wi-Fi it never worked in the room.

Pros: Excellent location - opposite the Times Square shopping centre and right next to a tram line. Close enough to be able to walk to some places. Beautifully kept hotel. Lovely comfy bed. The best shower I’ve had in years - so hot and powerful.
Cons: Cannot fault it, would stay again.

Amazing location and excellent facilities.
Pros: Hotel was modern and clean, with excellent staff service - all our requests were met and they were very polite. The rooms were large and well-stocked with amenities. Food at the restaurant was also great. The location is amazing, because Berjaya Times Square is just opposite the hotel, there is a monorail station right next to the hotel and you can get to the Bukit Bintang area just by walking.
Cons: The Wi-Fi is terribly slow. The beds, although large, were uncomfortable as the mattresses were stiff and hard. The pillows were fine, but it was quite hard to fall asleep on such hard mattresses.

Convieniently located, welcome and comfortable
Pros: Front desk was great, it was very welcoming and the best thing is that from the airport to hotel is easy - no need for the Grab’s and taxis. The best street food in KL is 3 mins walk away and there is shops and malls galore. Rooms were quite large and spacious
Cons: I thought it was comfortable, but the decor was beginning to feel a little dated.
