Excellent venue with stylish comfortable rooms and access to the shopping mall & monorail

Pros: Centrally located with immediate access to shops, cafes and restaurants in the mall below which is connected to the monorail. Welcoming and helpful staff also made for a pleasant stay.

Pros: Room guys, very nice helpful and reception girl nice. Breakfast veggie choices are meany and very good, local sweets lovely but after 3 days, I feel like eating the same. Views are nice from the hotel.

Cons: Extra super hard bed we were broken for 4 nights. Clean but old hotel. Silicon in bathroom black and rusty holders for towels. 5* is for the size of the hotel, not facilities. Morning mess to get pool towel. Waiting time or lifts in the morning time 😏

Pros: My stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel was overall a good experience. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is directly connected to Berjaya Times Square Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible.

Cons: One challenge, however, was transportation. If you need to travel outside the area, getting a taxi can take quite some time due to heavy traffic around the hotel. This can be inconvenient if you’re on a tight schedule.
