Pros: Affordable accommodation with great location. 5mins walking from lalaport/ hang tuah monorail/ lrt station. Staff is nice. Facilities are fine. Do not expect luxury, but it really worth the price. Oh, i got free upgrade from super single to a double bed room, which is nice.

Cons: Nothing big, just that they didn’t do housekeeping on 2nd day not sure if they forgot or missed my room. And on 3rd day, they forgot to top up my coffee. It’s not a big deal for me tho.

Pros: Great value for money. Staff upgraded me to executive room because I waited for a long time for the room as I came very early for check in. I requested for last min towels and pillows at night and got them immediately. Service is top notch. Flexible too as they extended my stay easily with online booking by my daughter. Provided free fridge storage and the lobby is comfortable, smells nice. Must try the Iraq food restaurants Shako Mako next to the hotel😋😘 Opposite is lalaport. It's only 10-15 mins walk to city centre, bukit bintang.

Cons: They might need to wash the lobby cushion covers?

Short & Comfortble

Pros: Loved the location as it was right in the heart ok KL. Walking distance to the shopping malls. Although parking was not available on site, you can park overnight in Berjaya Times Square for a reasonable fee. Plus, safe. There is an open parking nearby, but parking is at your own risk. Opt for the executive rooms as it gives to a great view of the surrounding areas.

Cons: It's that I did not like but it would be great if the hotel would provide a rack to hang the ironed clothes at the ironing station. We might want to iron more than one shirt.

Pros: This 2nd time I staying at Ceria, and everything is just as satisfying as before. Location is excellent, convenient for taking taxis, catching the train, or walking around. There are plenty local restaurants nearby, LalaPort Mall right across the street, Berjaya Times Square behind, or 15 min walk then you can reach Jalan Alor area, which is more food to explore there. This hotel as always very clean and cozy, pleasant interior that makes my stay comfortable. The staff friendly, housekeeping is done daily.

Cons: Only minor downside is the air conditioner has a slight noise.

Cons: People smoking in the building and the bed in the executive room is 2 single beds combined together, so, not very comfortable sleeping in the middle of the bed..
