It was great. View from room was nice

Pros: Good location , Laliport shopping centre nearby. Friendly staff and easy parking.

Cons: Toilet seat a bit small for a big person like me.

Pros: Fantastic location close to shopping mall, LRT station and restaurants

Cons: this building remember old times, need renovation, small pool too close to the hotel restaurant which is also small and overcrowded almost all the time Rooms are huge but hygiene standards are far from perfect, not worthy the price

good value for money

Pros: good location in bukit bintang and easily accessible from public transport. good value for money as well, room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: hotel is a little bit old, did not feel much aircon in the lobby. the aircon in the room also took quite a long time to cool down. shower area was a little dirty especially the window and rain shower - i think due to the height it is difficult for it to be cleaned.

Pros: The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Excellent location—just a 8-minute walk from the LRT and close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot and via public transport.

Good 4 star hotel with Club Lounge food should.

Pros: Being in an Executive Suite with Lounge Access. Room was spacious and well equipped. Daily Housekeeping if we needed. Breakfast was in Lounge or the main Restaurant. Limited in the Lounge. Main Breakfast area was very crowded. Staff in Lounge could be very helpful sometimes but in occasions could be not professional to serve in Club Lounge. We stayed in the Hotel in and out for 3 weeks. Used the Club Lounge. Breakfast and evening snacks could be more varied and of good quality. However we enjoyed our stay. Check in staff Ain, Aini, Linda and Laila was very approachable and helpful. Lounge staff Rehman, Sylvia and Laila was helpful and friendly.

Cons: Club Lounge food should be improved. Drinks served to guests as required.

I absolutely loved my stay if not for the cost I would have stayed longer

Pros: 1. The bed is comfortable 2. The room is HUGE! And well designed it even has a place to hang your wet clothes. 3. The hotel has a lot of amenities including a gym 4. Breakfast was very magnificent. The highlight of my stay. 5. The staff are friendly 6. The hotel provides toiletries such as shampoo, body wash etc

Cons: 1. It’s an old building with old facilities. For example the toilet seat was old. My toiled even wouldn't flash. But you would enjoy your stay here. 2. The staff only understand basic english. Anything more they would be confused 3. It was a little costly but I believe this was due to the festive season
