It was overall axcellent

Pros: Nice and accommodating and friendly staff. They respond well immediately to querries even if they are busy taking outside calls.

Cons: The water heater didnt work the whole stay, but water temp was tolerable

Pros: The hotel was affordable and the room was spacious. The toilet was big and comfortable. The hotel is near bukit bintang, lalaport, Berjaya Times Square, the exchange TRX.

Pros: Great place in the area, Both Receptionist are v.nice, friendly, She helped us to keep our luggages until come back for next reservation. And he helped to find us Shopping places easily, that’s why booked it again after Langkawi , thanks for all to help our tour nicer Nuwan (SL)

Good location and worth the money. Literally what you see in the pictures are what you are getting.

Pros: 😀 Friendly staff, check-in was a breeze even though I arrived much later than requested. 😀 Location is right across Zepp - so convenient for concert goers. 😀 Clean toilet, water heater working well. 😀 Room was okay too, good enough for solo traveller. 😀 Mini fridge working well 🤩I will totally recommend this hotel to my friends, and I will myself come again if there's other concert at Zepp!

Cons: ❎ No toilet amenities (not even the round tiny soap) so pls bring your own body shower & shampoo! P/s: there's toothbrushes provided. ❎The toilet itself is clean but for some reason there were baby roaches coming in and out of the sink and they aren't scared of human presence. ❎The room has no carpet and there's no hotel slippers provided so do what you want with that info. P/s: there's toilet slipper tho. ❎ No safety box. I didn't feel safe simply leaving my valuables in my luggage. ❎ Thin pillow 😭 1 pillow is too thin, 2 is too high.
